At Ivory Fox Aesthetics, LLC, appointments are reserved especially for you. To provide the best experience for all clients and respect the time of our providers, the following policies apply to all bookings.
Appointment Cancellations
- We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.
- Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.
No-Show Policy
A "no-show" is defined as missing an appointment without any notice.
- No-shows will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
- After two no-shows, future appointments may require full prepayment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.
- Arrivals 10+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
- If rescheduling is required, the late cancellation fee may apply.
Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to reserve your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice.
- Missed or late-cancelled appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Refunds for Services
All aesthetic treatments are non-refundable. This includes neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, skincare treatments, and any service where time, product, and expertise have been provided.
Because results vary from person to person, Ivory Fox Aesthetics, LLC does not offer refunds for outcomes that do not meet personal expectations. Follow-up appointments and treatment plans may be recommended to achieve optimal results.
Packages, Memberships & Prepaid Services
- Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable.
- They may be transferred to another service of equal value at the provider's discretion.
- Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Medical Considerations
If you are unable to receive treatment due to a medical contraindication discovered at your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a future service or product credit.
